The founder, Estrella Vargas, is highly skilled cinematographer and current professor of film with 6 years of experience in the film industry. She is a proud native of Chicago, and her goal is to continue to put Chicago on the map of one of the best cities to live as an artist, entrepreneur, and dreamer!
Cinematography
I have mastered the field of cinematography for the past 6 years. Now, I teach this subject to undergraduate students at DePaul University.
Combining right camera and lighting techniques will create a powerful motion picture that will grow your audience!
Editing
Professionally use Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve to convey powerful stories. I have edited short documentaries, government videos, and narrative shorts. When editing, I become the audience and let the videos guide the story's direction.

A professional multimedia storyteller passionate about visually telling the stories of humanity
Though I show you proof that I can capture beautiful images; I also want to share the most important part of my art: my ability to turn intangible ideas into powerful visual stories that challenge thoughts, connect people, and spark conversation.
Since entering the workforce, I concluded that my dream job is not at a desk; it is one that allows me to collaborate with others in various settings. My dream job is a lifetime journey of telling visual stories that can engage diverse audiences.
I am no stranger to the Film and TV industry in Chicago, in the winter of 2017, I started my career at CAN TV, a local television network, where I taught local nonprofits and leaders how to effectively communicate their stories and how to use the tools in our studio to effectively broadcast their mission across our network and other social platforms.
After 2 years at CAN TV, I wanted to gain more camera and lighting skills and use them in a tactical way to tell stories and reach people more effectively. In 2019, I made an exit plan and moved on to get my Masters in cinematography. Since then, I have conducted research on best lighting techniques for people of color, have worked on created over 100 narrative films, documentaries, TV shows, PSAs, and commercials.
Every project has allowed me to expand my network, develop my skills, and fortified my passion for Film and TV.
